"The decor and ambiance of this restaurant are distinctly modern and unique. They offer an extensive selection of beers, far too many to list. For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of TV screens to enjoy the games. The menu may be brief, but it's elegant and appealing. We particularly enjoyed the bacon-wrapped meatloaf and the fish and chips. Our server was extremely helpful in recommending different beers for us to try; in retrospect, we should have opted for flights to sample more. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to return!"

This is a fantastic spot for watching sports on TV; the screens are clearly visible from nearly every corner.

I was visiting my daughter her fiancé for the weekend, and I had been to the other Republic location and enjoyed it so we divided to try this location(my daughter works just up Western). Food was really good and I would visit this location again.

While the food is very tasty and visually interesting at this classy restaurant, it is very noisy. Our waitress was efficient, but too much so. She removed one of our party’s plate while the other diner was maybe halfway through the meal, about the same time she dropped our bill off. It felt like she was trying to turn her table in a rushed manner. It was not relaxing.
