"This place had a pleasant smell once I entered. The older gentleman was very friendly, but the younger employee was rude and arrogant. As I handed over my card for payment. I could see the younger guy start my order. After being on his phone he immediately starts cooking and touching various items. Did not WASH his HANDS or WEAR GLOVES. I had to ask the older gentleman to advise him to wear gloves. The younger guy grabs the gloves and walks behind a area out of my view with a sinister look on his face. Although I didn't visibly see it, I'm sure he did something foul and repulsive. After putting on his gloves. I say this because, he walks around the corner with a cocky smile. So I decided to leave. I call and ask for a refund kindly and the phone was hung up on me. Save your time everyone. This place wasn't very welcoming. Keep my money, wasnt worth what that guy did to my order."

"I don't want to bring the race into this, but I didn't happen to get the name of the lady, I run for Dash Door and if you pick up an order, the order must be SEALED with a sticker. There is an Indan woman who worked there yesterday (Aug 19, 2022) and today (Aug 20, 2022) and I had to remind her once again that HAS TO BE A STICKER and she went on to be shocked with me. Now I have never had a problem with Kükenfil or one of the employees before, and they have AMAZING food and great service (usually) but if I have to remind you of something and you get shocked and loud with me, that is where I draw the line. I shouldn't have to tell you twice if you know in the restaurant every day (except Sunday of course lol) You don't say oh I forgot when I told you and my father that's just a little eccentric and irritating. If I happen to get her name, I will edit or post a different review, I don't mean any disregard in anyway his only a bit irritating."

"Honestly, I visited Cracker Barrel years ago and didn’t enjoy it at all. However, now that I have kids, this restaurant has become a lifesaver. While I still don’t think the food is particularly good, my children love it, and there’s plenty to keep them entertained. The nostalgic candy and toy section appeals to both adults and kids alike. I finally understand its charm—it’s really a family-oriented place. Kid-friendliness: The entertainment value for kids here is excellent. They have crayons and coloring books on the table, along with those golf pin games that no one seems to know how to play. Plus, there’s a general store filled with candy and games, and lots of rocking chairs outside to relax in."
