"Feeling uncomfortable, we gathered the kids and got in line to order. We chose the sampler platter for $45, added a half rack of ribs for $20, and a large mac and cheese for $24. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were lacking for the price. The half rack of ribs seemed small, barely enough for my eight-year-old, and the mac and cheese was disappointing—not at all the "world-famous" dish they advertise. Overall, our experience at Jeffry's was quite underwhelming. We spent over $100 for mediocre food and received poor service from the owner. Based on our experience, we would not choose to visit again. The prices do not reflect the quality of the service or food we received. I recommend trying a different restaurant in the area."

"We also experienced a long wait for our orders because a large party was dining at the same time, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. The menu is somewhat limited—it looks fancy, but the choices aren't very diverse, especially if you're dining with kids. In fact, I doubt your kids would enjoy the food here. As for drinks, the options are sparse—just wine, beer, and a few limited mimosa choices—no cocktails. It’s a bit disappointing, especially when you have to wait to order because you can’t indulge while you’re waiting. The only standout item that we found truly tasty was the calamari appetizer. We also tried the empanada, which looked great but was just decent in taste. Overall, it’s a nice, cozy place with a good location and atmosphere, but the food doesn't quite deliver, the drinks are limited, and the staff could be more attentive. For the price, it's overpriced considering what you get. I would give it a hard two-star rating."

"La Cosecha is incredible! The Food, Staff and Service were exceptional and many of the dishes including the octopus, ceviche, fatouch and lamb were the best I have ever had. The pizza was unique and oh so delicious. Brussel Sprouts were solid as were the scallops. I was also impressed with the drinks. Delicious and creative. The bartenders were great. It was cool to watch the entire staff work as a team that truly cared about the experience people were having, the details and each other. Afterwards, I got the honor of speaking with the chef and general manager and their passion for what they do and the heart that they put into it was apparent and present in the experience. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Just epic."

"Whenever we are in Paso Robles this is one of our MUST HAVE dining experiences. I could wax on and on about how amazing the service is, the delicious cocktails, the to-die-for food... Just go try it. Get the truffle beef carpaccio. Order two plates of it because one might as well be a damn tease with how amazingly delicious it is. Screw the counting carbs and revel in the indulgence of house made pastas. Every restaurant has its meh dish. We still haven 't found Il Cortile 's. Guess we will have to keep on coming back to find it..."

"I guess I'm a little old school if I get a good meal at a good price with decent service, that's my minimum expectation ..... so, I try to balance price and quality We come to Paso Robles several times a year with friends. We had the pleasure of dining at Thomas Hill Organics during restaurant month they rotated weekly a fixed price meal special from their chefs. The menus looked great and the price pretty reasonable for three courses salad, entree, dessert (approx $50). To be honest, the regular menu might or might not have swayed us to come (since there are so many other choices in Paso), but the special dinner definitely made up our minds, The food was visually appealing and delicious with small touches the lovely carrot garnish on the fish and toothsome sherry sauce on the gnocchi (working from memory here and yes, I should have written this review sooner Both the salad and tart were a cut above an ordinary green salad and cake the ingredients fresh, tasty and harmonious. All things considered, we felt that we had a delicious meal that was above the ordinary at a very fair price. Portions were just right not too little and not too much. I hope THO continues with a prix fixe option since we travel with friends, it makes it a lot easier to split the bill as well as providing us something special to look forward to. As for service: the kitchen seemed a little slow, but the server was attentive enough to let us know that we had not been forgotten. That's all we ask is to not feel like we are being ignored. Staff were properly masked and dressed sharply and that also gave us a feeling of relaxed elegance. The server did not balk at handling separate checks (sometimes the best way to keep good friendships ! by allowing everyone freedom to order what they want). Although this was our first visit, we were made to feel like we were appreciated. I know that the owner reads these reviews (thank you so this is my chance to say honestly: please continue with a monthly or weekly special (monthly is fine for us at a reasonable price. I think that would make THO our go-to place when in Paso !!"
