Mother’s Day lunch. Food and service were very good. Has a broad menu.

Tuesday again, so we went back for Burger Night ($5 burgers), and happy hour.

Eat was great! the staff was very friendly! the main reason why we chose this restaurant is because they were very dog friendly, and they were definitiw. they brought my dogs a bowl of water when they brought our drinks that we didn't have to ask!

The restaurant was way understaffed. The staff there did their best, but fell considerably short. We had a 1pm reservation, but we're not seated until 140. We didn't getvdrinka or our order taken for over thirty minutes. It took an hour for our food to come out. Food was good, and the wait staff did what they could. They were put in an unmanageable position.

I was disappointed when this place closed. It was Applebees/Chilis pricing. The burgers were great, as were the fries--truth to be told, I never had anything bad from here. We went here with a work group for lunch I was graduating college and another coworker recently welcomed a new baby into their home). They were accommodating for our lively bunch. I made a reservation on line for mothers day brunch. Upon arrival we were told that the online reservation was not working and that we would just be put on the waiting list and it would take 1 1/2 for a table. While we were waiting multiple other customers came up and complained about the service. They didn't have drinks and another that hadn't even been created at their table after 20 minutes of waiting. We walked across the parking lot to salt grease and was seated within 5 minutes and enjoyed a great meal with awesome service. I was so excited to try rock and brews so I was very disappointed!

The worst experience I have had in a really long time. Mother’s Day was ruined. After 1 1/2 hours we only had received our beverage. Finally got our main course and it was not correct but we accepted it because we had been waiting almost 2 hours for our food. Appetizers never were brought. My wife ordered Salmon and it was brought out last with the vegetables still in a microwave bag! Never seen that before. It was hot. The place was understaffed and obviously poorly managed. There were 9 of us that won’t be back and will let others know about bad experience. My guess is they will be out of business soon due to poor service. Don’t go to Rock and Brews! It’s a joke. We decided to go here for Mother’s Day and had never been before . I made reservations on OpenTable when . we got there early and we were told that open table was not working and they were unable to seat us for another hour and a half . We were told that open table was the issue but really it was because because apparently they were understaffed and we needed to wait until 12 when their patio servers came in. Then later on after a hour had gone by we were seated . Our server complained the entire time and was put off by any request that we had . even for simple things like more water or extra napkins etc. she complained about having to work and how she had multiple jobs and she was really ti...
