"Once in a while I go into the store just to ask for a fork for my lunch and the same woman with curly hair is usually the one who gives me one. However this last time... when I walked in she fully ignored me and I had to ask for her 3 times to get her attention. Finally when she turned around I hardly said Hi, could I get- and she fully cut me off in the middle of speaking and raised her voice and said No, I can 't give you a fork we are all out, sorry! I just said OK and walked out. When I went back to my job I joked with my coworker about it so not even 5 minutes from when I went in my coworker went in side to ask for a fork and was given 2 forks, some napkins and a free treat because she had a cute dress on the lady said. REALLY? Are those little plastic forks coming out of the employees paychecks or something? so weird."

Avoid that place for picking up your chocolate if possible, as they make you wait for a long time on purpose, and there are issues of racial discrimination.

My favorite dessert spot!! My favorite dessert in the world is a chocolate covered strawberry and chocolate caramel apples and Omgggg the variety of amazingness they have here is unreal!!! So delicious and something for everyone

Can't walk by Rocky Mountain chocolate factory without taking a look! A lot of options to choose from and they're always made fresh! Lots of chocolate covered apples, strawberries, cookies and more! A nice choice of fudge and chocolates for any taste bud!

This review is for the bad strawberry gelato, it was probably so old it had freezer taste and freezer burn, spots of old gelatinous goo, was horrible, I had to dump it. Service was nice, friendly counter staff. I should have gotten the double chocolate gelato like my friends. Plenty of delicious candy apples from caramel, chocolate and other toppings. Who doesn't love caramel apples, chocolate and fudge? I love Rocky Mountain's Old Fashioned Fudge, Milk Chocolate Covered Oreos with that perfect crunch and chocolatey goodness, and of course their Apple Pie Caramel Apple. It's my favorite caramel apple ever. Cinnamon Sugar, White Chocolate, Caramel and a Green Apple all blend perfectly together into an amazing caramel apple. Those three are my go-to's and favorite desserts. Thank you Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for the delicious treats!

Honestly, I've come to realize that this chain is primarily known for its apples. The chocolate quality seems to fall short compared to smaller, specialized chocolate shops. We stopped by for hot chocolate and chocolate-covered honeycomb, and it was the worst we've ever tried. The drink was very watery, clearly a powder mix that didn’t use enough powdered chocolate. As for the honeycomb, it was melting and impossible to bite into without it sticking to my front teeth. I'm not sure if it was poorly made or just cheap honeycomb, but it wasn't pleasant. Occasionally, you might encounter a hard piece, but this was just off-putting. We also tried some truffles, which were only okay; the Oreo one...

"First impressions, I love the modern clean decor and color scheme. Feels nice to be in there. The service is incredibly good and welcoming. The dude that took our order was super super helpful with suggestions and descriptions of the menu. Plus he also chatted a bit and gave us some great suggestions of restaurants to check out later. We got: the breakfast burrito, macro bowl, coco loco smoothie, turmeric tonic and fireball shot My macro bowl....ahmazing. Loved everything about it. My hubs said he’d rate his breakfast burrito a 4. It came with a spicy sauce and he really liked the sauce that came in my macro bowl and said he thought a side of the tahini sauce would maybe have been tastier with his burrito. And he loved his coco loco (pina colada) smoothie. The juices....I normally really don’t like buying juices when out because nowhere makes juices taste as good or as fresh as when I make them as home. But here! The juices tasted JUST like how I’d make it at home and I was sincerely impressed and shocked. Most ginger juices taste weird or watered down, not enough ginger etc. But here, it’s FRESH and they aren’t afraid of ginger and I love it. Love that this place is mainly whole foods, healthy and minimal oil etc. I love this place and if we come back to this area will definitely be back"

"I can 't say enough about this 'gem ' I found via another app. My daughter was in town, and I wanted a nice place that served healthy food. It met the mark! It is on the 2nd floor with elevator option, there is free validated garage parking behind the establishment. We had a nice booth. Our server, Deena, was very efficient and offered nice suggestions. Nice wine list by glass as well. We started with ahi jicama cones, yum! I ordered the Scot Salmon salad, and my daughter had short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes! All wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant. Great place for business dinners or special occasions as well. There is also valet parking if needed."

"We eat here every year for a special occasion we share with some very good friends. We love the food, always delicious and this trip was no different. What made me want to review this particular trip was the service. Our particular server was just bad. No personality, didn't offer any insights recommendation, served guests while reaching across others, never offered additional drinks when our cocktails were empty, he very rarely checked on us and acted as if he really didn't care. We may need to try a different location next time."

"Don’t be surprised if you’ll be served last if you’re not Vietnamese. I ordered some vegetarian raps and have been waiting for it 30 min. I asked the lady that was taking my order how long is was going to take to prepare vegetarian raps, and she told me that it should take up to 15 minutes. They were not that busy, only 2 tables busy to be exact. After waiting 15 min, I asked to check on my order. While waiting for my order, a few more customers came in and were seated. After 25 min of waiting I noticed that the customers that came in are already being served. I asked another server to check on my order, and someone else brought me to go order that wasn’t mine. 30 min later the lady went back to the kitchen, and came back with a smile on her face telling me that they have started to wrap the veggie raps I ordered. I got up and asked for a refund, the lady said not to worry, they’ll refund me."

"North Italia is one of my go to places and I like to go there, in spite of them making one wait a while to be seated even when they're not busy. It makes no sense. On Saturday they made us wait for 10 minutes after we arrived before seating us, even though the place was only 10% full, and there were only a couple of others waiting to be seated. The when we were seated it took another 10 minutes before anyone came to serve us. We ordered some drinks initially and when they hadn't arrived after 15 minutes (now 35 minutes after we had arrived) I had to go to the bar to find out what was happening. The bar person then brought them over personally. We waited for a while longer before 2 salads (booked as entrees) arrived, but it took another 5 minutes before the other 2 entrees arrived. Why they were not all served at the same time is a mystery. The salads were ok but not great, the chicken and child's cheeseburger were slightly better but not great. The table service was patchy and the unexplained delays in keeping us waiting made no sense. This place is probably going to be removed from one of my go to places. For one person in our party it was their first visit, and they say it will also be their last visit there."
