Romano's Macaroni Grill

The service was outstanding, and the food was served hot. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, which was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the bar didn’t have any blue cheese-stuffed olives for our martinis, so we had to improvise a bit. Lol!

The food was delicious! I did find something unusual on my steak, but I'm sure it's not a common occurrence here. Aside from that, everything was excellent! The dining area had a warm and inviting atmosphere, although it was a bit dimly lit. The staff was very friendly and made up for the unexpected topping on my steak. I would definitely visit again.

The food was fantastic, but the staff truly made the experience exceptional! Jackie was wonderful and even remembered my niece's order from a few days earlier. My niece loved the restaurant so much that she asked to return every night during our vacation, giving it a perfect score of 1,000 out of 10 stars! Outstanding food and service! Had the Pomodoro Pasta, which by the way, got a second plate FREE! Currently they have a buy one get one free main dish special on Mondays. I was pleasantly surprised of how great the food was! Our server Susan was wonderful!!! In fact all the employees were terrific!!! They made us feel like family! Congratulations to the management by keeping the employees very motivated especially during these tough times. Looking forward to visiting again.

On our arrival, we were worried by the limited number of people that were in the business. We were promptly sat and our waiter immediately took our drink order and offered appetizers. He was quick with the drinks and taking our food order. He even offered specials that were not on the menu. Our visit was awesome because our waiters attention and promptness to our needs. The food was prepared to our expectations and left us miserably full! My only complaint is that the seats need to recline so a nap could be possible...excellent job!

I was so excited to get take out as we no longer have a macaroni grill where I live. I did curbside to go . I pulled up and called the number on the sign. The man that answered was not very friendly but was very prompt. The food was extremely dry. The fried mozzarella Was overcooked to the point where most of the cheese was on the outside and crusty. I ordered the trio and the Alfredo pasta had hardly any sauce and the lasagna was very dry as well. It wasn't horrible but definitely will not be going back. I'll go to Maggianos next time . I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The Pomodoro Pasta was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a second plate for free! They currently have a special promotion on Mondays where you buy one main dish and get another one for free. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations! Our server, Susan, was amazing, and all of the staff were fantastic as well. They really made us feel like part of the family! Kudos to the management for keeping the team motivated, especially during these challenging times. I will definitely be back for another visit!

Upon our arrival, we were a bit worried about the low number of patrons in the restaurant. However, we were seated right away, and our waiter promptly took our drink order and suggested some appetizers. He was quick to serve our drinks and took our food order efficiently, even recommending some specials that weren’t listed on the menu. Our experience was wonderful thanks to the waiter’s attentiveness and quick service. The food exceeded our expectations and left us pleasantly stuffed! My only minor complaint is that the seating should be more comfortable, perhaps even conducive to a nap. Overall, excellent job!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. The wait was about fifteen minutes. Ordered from the “Create your own pasta” menu: rigatoni with meat sauce and a side of sausage. At first I didn’t think it was meat sauce as it seemed a little scarce. Sausage consisted of a few thin sliced pieces mixed in. My husband had rigatoni with pomodorino sauce, along with mushrooms and spinach. The portions were okay and the taste was good. Complimentary bread with herbed olive oil was brought to the table. I ordered a cranberry and seltzer and was charged for a mixed drink. As a courtesy, they took it off the tab. Our server seemed to be having a little bit of an off day, but was nice.
