"During my first visit to the restaurant, I ordered a cheeseburger based on recommendations from others. I specifically requested that they omit their Rooster sauce and make it a regular cheeseburger with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Unfortunately, they did not listen to my request and made it with the Rooster sauce, which I found to be unappetizing. I ended up throwing it away, feeling like I wasted my money. After waiting about a year, I decided to give them another chance. During my second visit, I ordered a shrimp basket. The crust on the shrimp was fried so hard that I couldn't even bite into it. Despite breaking it apart with my fingers, it was still too tough to eat and extremely salty. Additionally, the shrimp itself was overcooked and had a rubbery texture. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I am not convinced. (I would not have given them any stars, but I had to include at least one to post a review.)"

Meh. I got the BLT and hashbrowns. 4 small slices if bacon, 1 lettuce leaf, and 2 slices of a small tomato. The sandwich came toasted, dry, disassembled, and mayonnaise packets on the side.

On my second visit to the restaurant, I received 15 pieces of chicken in a 16-piece bucket and I believe I was overcharged. I was not pleased with this experience, especially since my first visit was very enjoyable.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! The chicken has a beautiful color and the batter is perfect. I appreciate that they always give you a generous serving size - the tenders, fried chicken breast, and meat on the sandwich are all large portions. There is no skimping here! There is really no reason this place shouldn't be busier than Cane's or Popeye's. The chicken strips dwarf the competition. Usually the food is fantastic and leaves me wondering why the line isn't down the road. My only complaint is the consistency. Occasionally there have been times when the food wasn't fresh out the fryer and left me a little disappointed. Treat yourself to this local gem.

Every single time I've come through the drive through.....With no exceptions....The service has been terrible, extremely slow, and the staff seem to hate being there. the food has been good most times, but it's just not worth the wait or the attitude I get coming here. Down south, that's a great way to run yourself out of business. Buy besides that, I'm done with this place, I'll drive a little farther and get some Cane's. fish n shrimp dinner was pitiful
