The food was amazing and it was a delightful find. Although the staff appeared a bit rushed, the food arrived quickly and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was exceptional.

The food at this restaurant is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and I have never encountered any problems here. It is a staple in our town, providing outstanding experiences at any time.

After waiting for over an hour, we were finally seated. After sitting at the table for 30 minutes with no water, no contact and servers walking by regularly, we decided to leave.We will NEVER come back to this poorly managed establishment again.

The food was yummy. I got the burger salad and a berry tea. My friend got the bacon and arugula sandwich.The only thing I didn't like was they sprayed a bleach mix on the tables while we were eating and the smell was really off putting. I don't know why they did they that.

as someone who works in the service industry and is usually very forgiving of when restaurants are busy, this place had no excuses. Hour long wait to get a table (initially told 30 minutes) and no server ever greeted us after waiting at our table for 20 additional minutes. Came here for my birthday brunch and the food did not disappoint! There were a decent amount of vegetarian options to choose from. My sandwich was a good sized portion and was delicious, and the cocktail I had was excellent. They came out very quickly too. It’s cute inside, but my only complaint is that the tables are very very close together so we were kind of uncomfortably close to other guests. I’d be interested in checking out the patio next time.

Roots is excellent! Even though there may be a wait for a table, it is definitely worth it. The restaurant can get quite busy due to its small size, but I cut them some slack. The servers are friendly and attentive, and as another reviewer pointed out, they are always there to assist when needed. The atmosphere is charming, as mentioned by a reviewer with a similar last name. The garden is currently in full bloom! The mocktail menu is amazing, and I would gladly have their chicken sandwich as my final meal.

This past Saturday two girlfriends and I had a really lovely brunch here. Since it was a Saturday there was a long wait but it was totally worth it! The hosts were very kind and helpful. Once we got to our table our waitress was really sweet and attentive. We all ordered mocktails which were delicious! We shared the scrapple fries, which were life changing. I am a huge fan of scrapple and loved seeing how much it was incorporated into the menu. Our food came out really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Overall we had a lovely time there!
