Everything was served hot. The chicken was a standout, and the burger was tasty. The salad bar was average. Overall, it's definitely a place I'd come back to!

Staff was not great . Had to ask to be seated after waiting at the door for a couple minutes at noon with only 6 other customers in the building. Continued this visit with trying to find wait staff to take our order find out where our food wasand again to get silverware. The food was good the service was not Not a busy place but we barely got done eating in an hourbecause of all the waiting

Salad bar open, use gloves at the bar. ****! Ordered baked potato with some vegetables including steamed broccoli, zucchini and baby bell mushrooms (oil and garlic pieces) mango tea and peach tea. Peach was more on the sweet side, but Mango was right. Great service and manager stopped to check us out. Bar is 9.99, but with some vegetables was a total of 12.99 / person drink. Back! Fantastic service, the waitress was phenomenal. Had the refills coming, very attentive and friendly. Kept us up to date on our food wait. You can obviously tell she enjoyed what she did. You don't see that very often nowadays. The food was good, my son's got the typical food, Cheeseburgers and salad bar. I only ordered the salad bar. My one complaint was that the salad bar plates were warm, they should be chilled. And the salad bar needed some attention. The dressing was room temperature. I ordered cheesecake and it was served on a hot plate. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels.

The waitress was fantastic—very attentive and friendly, making sure our drinks were always refilled. It was clear that she truly enjoyed her job, which is a rare find these days. The food was good; my son had the classic cheeseburger and salad bar, while I opted for just the salad bar. My only complaint was that the plates for the salad bar were warm, which they really should keep cool. Additionally, the salad bar itself could use some attention, as the dressing was at room temperature. For dessert, I ordered cheesecake, but it was served on a hot plate. As for cleanliness, Ruby Tuesday was in great shape. The salad bar required gloves, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Now, onto the food: I ordered the New Orleans Seafood Platter—WHO DAT! The tender black tilapia was topped with creamy sautéed shrimp, delivering an authentic taste of New Orleans. It was served with fluffy rice and grilled zucchini. Personally, I prefer grilled shrimp over sautéed for the added flavor and texture, but the dish was still delicious. Overall, the prices were what I expected, and the service time was reasonable. Plus, Chantrell helped us save some money! I might just give it a fifth star if the service remains this excellent on my next visit.

I had hope that it would be decent. I saw a promotion in my email and had never been, so decided to try it. I was very disappointed. When I first walked in I was confused as to why they were so empty but after my experience I understand. It was my first and last time dining at this establishment. My family will not return. We received burnt appetizers after we had finished our meals, I had to actually walk it up after waiting on a server as they were all just standing together talking and laughing.
