"Valentines dinner, was seated out in the covered porch area. Freezing cold the entire time!! Service was horrible, forgot to put our entrees in after asking us if we wanted dessert. Hello, didn't get our dinners yet. Young kid waiters running around and had no idea what they were doing. Waiting on water refills and utensils and cheese for the pasta entrees. This place has gone downhill. Shame."

Yesterday, despite the terrible weather causing many cancellations, we still went to the restaurant for a birthday dinner. The staff was very diligent and accommodating, even though some people had decided not to show up.

Six of us ate at Ruggero's. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we have visited other Italian restaurants in the area. We will definitely return as Ruggero's is now our favorite Italian restaurant. We highly recommend it.

Went to Ruggero’s with 8 people after wedding dress shopping. Service was wonderful! The food was delicious and well priced. Portion size was generous. We had a great time. Perfect location for anyone shopping in the area or staying at East Winds. We loved it. Visualizza piatti

On a Thursday night, my friends and I visited this restaurant. We all opted for the set menu and were delighted with the delicious dishes and ample portions. The tiramisu was so good that we had to take some home to enjoy later. The service was also excellent.

Overall food was good. Two people in our party ordered the pasta dish “ Orrechiete With Broccoli Rabe and Sausage.” Unfortunately the chef decided to use pesto sauce which pretty much made the dish foreign to us. The broccoli rabe became tasteless. Hopefully that was a mistake and not the usual.
