"Had a great evening and meal including a great wine. Jerry our server was fantastic and to top it off, I made an ordering mistake – totally my fault – which resulted in a higher charge than I expected. When we highlighted it to our server he checked with the manager and an adjustment was made. Again, the mistake was mine. That’s the definition of customer service and building loyalty. Will definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation. "

Our table didn’t have any settings when we sat down, but Kyle our waiter was very sweet and quickly made up for the mistake. The girl that brought us bread that I sadly didn’t get the name of was also lovely.

The food at this restaurant lacked seasoning and was quite bland. I was surprised by the lack of flavor. However, the waiter was very nice and tried to make the food better. Overall, the dishes were still lacking in flavor.

"Outstanding food. Wait wasn't terribly bad as we reserved a table online about 40 minutes before getting there. Got a sense the server was impatient but tried not to let it bother us. Food was fantastic though. Typically we don't get starters for breakfast but we did and it was amazing. I'll show pictures. When the food came though our server spilled the orange juice at the table. While she was quick to clean it up we had to ask for it to be replaced. We also had to ask for syrup and she knew we all got either pancakes or waffles sooo there was that. My son got the epic chocolate milk but the price is a lil frustrating due to half of the cup of chocolate milk being cool whip so I paid 4 dollars for half a cup of chocolate milk and it's 3.99 per cup. Arnold Palmer that I got was great, sweet because it was sweet tea and orange juice was pulpy. Very good overall experience though"

"We have made the Marina Cafe a family spring break tradition for over 10 years and each year we come it has always been one of our favorite meals/locations in Destin. Marina Cafe is an upscale restaurants with an excellent fish and seafood menu. Service and food have always been excellent Wally the manager has always made our family feel special and is like seeing an old friend each year. So get a little dressed up and take the family or someone special for a great meal and a beautiful view of the harbor at sunset, you won't be disappointed."

"I 'm out with my family trying to celebrate my wife 's birthday and enjoy a nice dinner when I hear this very loud person at the large table in the back. Despite numerous requests by staff to lower his voice, the person continued to be loud and obnoxious, ruining the evening for everyone around him. Hey, hey, hey all evening long. Ruth 's Chris is a great place to eat, but if you go there and hear that phrase, try somewhere else. You will not be able to enjoy the evening with that person in the room. Update: Management came to us and apologized for the loudness of the other customer(s) and in the end provided accommodations to were we and I 'm assuming the other party were satisfied. Ruth 's Chris is still a great place for fine dining. They have earned my business and respect."

"Great breakfast place. There was a small waiting time as expected, but it was worth it. Friendly staff and delicious food. I ordered the short stack of pancakes with one side of grits and fruit. All I ordered was delicious and great portions. The fruit was fresh and the grits were perfect. They also had a variety of delicious looking donuts, muffins and cakes. The chocolate cake looked divine!! I wanted to get a donut or dessert, but I was so full of my breakfast. In any case it is worth visiting and I recommend visiting here."

"Spent well over $300 for lunch and drinks for 3 people. Weren’t busy so whom we assumed were owners were working bar. Friendly and engaging so we did order quit a few drinks and appetizers. Food was good but very costly considering this was “Bar Food”. Fine dining price with picnic tables. My problem is when I paid tab I have an 50% tip and I didn’t even get a “ thank you!” Not to be dissuaded I went back next day. Same people at bar and you would think they would recognize us from previous day but this time hot cold shoulder as owners were catering to local buddies. Now, I’m not saying this to be mean but I think it’s the vacationers who keep the place afloat. I’m not saying remember my name but at least do not treat me differently than your local buddies. And finally, did go back one more time before week was out. It was raining lightly. Parked and walked over to find it closed! Sign said open at 11 7 days a week. 1 pm on a Thursday and not open!"
