Service AWFUL, basically forgot we were there. Steak over salted

We were extremely disappointed with the food this time…steak absolutely not worth $66..and the sea bass was bland…for a $180 dinner experience definitely not worth it

we celebrated my spouse's birthday, and they gave him the feeling that it was something special. when we sat on our table, they had decorated it tastefully with birthday confetti. the waitress was very attentive and well maintained. we will definitely visit ruths chris.

the steaks had no taste this time! the filet was very delicate and juicy but lacked that ruth chris taste! Shrimp cocktail was as usual on point, the cheese cake was simply ok, the service this time was very slow, table of 6 2.5 hours. but we will definitely be back next month Visualizza piatti

I hate to say how terrible it was this time, because I’ve been other times and it was okay or even awesome. This time, however, was terrible. 2.5 hours, flighty server who forgot to put in my order and having to watch at least 4-5 tables other tables turn around before getting my entree was pretty bad. Then the steak was cooked an entirely different level of done than requested. I wasn’t about to ask to change that. Very disappointing, Ruth’s Chris. I expect better of you.

Such a relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant as we both enjoyed eating the hot bread served at the beginning of the meal. We had not quite finished our delicious Caesar salads when our steaks were brought to our table. Our steaks were served just as we had ordered, and topped with shrimp. One steak well done, the other medium well. The garlic mashed potatoes were steamy hot, and the butter just melted ever so slowly into the potatoes. We got our cheesecake dessert to go. Too full to eat it at the moment! Our server, Judy, was on top of everything. She made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal. She was courteous and very efficient. First, the service was SO slow. The tables around us were all complaining and since we sit so close we know they were also unhappy with the food too. Au Gratin potatoes were in a bland milk- two other tables I saw, plus us barely touched them. The Brussel sprouts were hard- another table had them also and she even asked the server to microwave to make them softer. I ordered a Ribeye and I have to say that I haven’t had a poor quality steak in a while and that one took the award. I didn’t eat all day, skipped having a salad with dinner so I could enjoy my Ribeye and potatoes… needless to say we left hungry and ended up in the food market eating fish and chips.
