"My son and my son in the law Steak knives were removed after eating our wedge salads. Our steaks arrived shortly after, but we had no knives. I asked Waitstaff three times on a knife and until I got one, my 500 degree plate had cooled down where it was safe to touch and my steak ordered average rate had boiled to almost medium well. I had also ordered a bottle of quilt for the table, not available, then the Daou took place. When the wine arrived, two members of the party had eaten their steak and I was close. Then we gave off the wine that came too late into the meal. We were not offered free desserts or other than a few cocktails for the younger members of the party, which was surprising. I have eaten several times at this particular Ruths Chris and always had excellent service and food. Very disappointing."

eating was absolutely amazing! my man had the bone in steak. we have divided garlic kartoffels. I had bounced meek, which was mouthwater.

experience was great. nick was recently promoted to the server, he was excellent while he was also very personal and easy to talk. eating was delicious, as expected. would recommend returning.

With tip is just too much for an âokâ steak. My husband and I split the ribeye. His was full of tendons and wasnât able to eat it. The rest of the meal was amazing. From this point forward when we go (which we enjoy it) weâll go for the sides and salad and save our steaks meals for Elsewhere. Visualizza piatti

Justin made us feel like more than family. This was a once in a lifetime experience with the combination of food and service. Jenna was wonderful to work with before dinner. She answered emails and phone calls when I had questions and made sure that we were all concerned.
