"The service at this restaurant is exceptional. They have been my go-to bean supplier for years and always handle everything correctly. I have no complaints, they really take care of their customers. The vegetarian options, especially the Veggie Hummus Sami H, are delicious. The dining experience is top-notch for brunch. The prices are reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5."

"A family member reserved the party room for a birthday party. We had one tab at the bar that we closed out and then opened another one shortly after that. We were not made aware that the second tab would include a 20% gratuity since we were a part of the 8 people. The owner Rosco, in a very condescending manner asked have you ever been someplace where they don 't charge everyone that gratuity . I understand charging that gratuity, however, we went to the bar for ALL of our drinks, started our own tab, and never utilized the waitress who was working that room. We spent half the evening at the bar and not even in the room. He said he had multiple calls from people who thought they had mistakes that night and this isn 't a mistake. We have two fees charged that are correct (minus the unknown gratuity added) and one additional charge of almost $100. When I first spoke to the female manager she told me I don 't know what to tell you, you can show me the charges but i can only show you what we have The owner made mention that multiple people did not leave a tip so the clearly saw the disclaimer at the bottom. Owner is rude and belittling. Weight staff was not prepared for a large party and had no clue how to handle the people in the room. Very unorganized.Food in the past has been ok but nothing spectacular. Typically, a burnt burger and terrible made drinks is the norm."

"I enjoyed the two piece cod dinner with onion rings and coleslaw. The fish was fantastic, thick juicy fillets fried perfectly, not greasy and not fishy tasting. Just pure goodness. The onion rings are excellent here, served hot and crispy, not greasy. The coleslaw tasted fresh, very tasty. The young lady who took my order was delightful, obviously happy to serve customers and a joy to interact with. The young man who brought my food to my table was equally happy and eager to assure I was satisfied with my food. I’ll definitely be returning to the Sidney, Ohio Culver’s. Highly recommended."

"Had a business dinner for a large group, reservations at a nearby restaurant didn’t come together as initially planned. The owner of Tavolo, Rocco stepped up like a champ, he and his staff delivered an exceptional space/dining experience. Stephanie was amazing as she took care of our tables. The food was very good. My Company, Home Smart Technologies and I will surely be back in the future. Thank you team Tavolo! "fast service, good food. this time they didn't bring my drink, and I had to wait for them to return. it is an inconvenience with a child and a staircase to go up and down. update. ordered hot wings with ranch and brownies 6/28 and got no ranch (that's the second time they didn't dive). I called and they said someone was right with him and nobody ever showed up. it was 40 minutes. I probably won't order from this place anymore. they appeared at 11:12 a.m. an hour and a minute after my call. I didn't answer. Why? Because I put my 7-month son in the bed."
