"Always problems with digital coupons. Customer service is not what it use to be. I redeemed my rewards and they did not ring up right. the cashier said my phone was on the wrong store. She fiddled with my phone and my reward items went away. when I commented well I guess I've lost my rewards. She said, oh well. She did not take any measures to satisfy me. I shop there every week and I expect better service."

The potato wedges were tough and dry, and the chicken was extremely dry and appeared to be stale.

The pharmacy assistant was quite tricky. I purchased a $300.00 medication, and she did something at the register that prevented me from earning my gas rewards points.

This is one of the busiest Safeway stores I've been in, and the selection shows. This store has a lot of stuff the Coos Bay store does not, and management seems to be on top of things.

The chicken was prepared at two o'clock, as indicated on the packaging. I placed my order at five-thirty, and it was dry and inedible. I expected better from Safeway, and I thought they had more respect for their customers than this.

Had a great selection of deli meats pies cakes and snacks we filled the cooler and headed to reedsport Oregon we had a great time writing on the dunes and we had plenty of food thanks to Safeway Nice clean store workers were very friendly and helpful when we were looking for items they were very knowledgeable

I received green bananas from my grocery pickup, and it feels like a joke. Honestly, who likes green bananas? This isn't the first time this has happened. It's not as if they don't have ripe bananas; I was just in the store less than 24 hours ago. Now I have to make another trip to get some ripe ones. Thanks, Safeway.
