My kids and us loved this place. The food, the vibe, THE SHOW!!! And we can walk to it from our hotel room without freezing. What a treat. Merry Christmas!!!!

The sashimi was excellent! It was incredibly fresh, and the seaweed salad was delightful as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations for things to do. We will certainly be back to eat here again!

We eat teppanyaki often in the valley. We don't go for the show because it's the same thing over and over. We go for the food! However, we recently visited Flagstaff and had Chef Scout. The food was good, but the service was quite disappointing. I received my meal—a sushi roll—after everyone else at my table had finished eating. Throughout most of our time there, our water glasses remained empty, even though it seemed like there were enough servers for the number of tables. We would wait about 30 minutes before seeing our waitress again, and when we finally asked for water, it took an additional 5 to 10 minutes to arrive. I prefer the atmosphere and service at Tepan Fuji. Considering the prices, I think it's only fair to expect at least a glass of water.

I didn't stay to eat the food, so I can't recommend or leave feedback on that although the food we saw looked pretty good. We arrived at 830. It was too late for a show (they close at 10 . The person seating us didn't seem very excited that we were there lol he was efficient but super robotic. The food options were sushi or a totally different American style menu. Like a totally different restaurant. The ambiance felt like a hotel lobby very bright and spaced out. It makes sense, it's in a hotel. To be honest, it wasn't a warm or friendly environment and both of my daughters asked if we could go somewhere else. We've been shocked at how kind everyone in Arizona was and this just didn't give...

it tried to go one night, and the personal informed me quietly that they had a gas leak and asked me to go because they did not know when they could open again. they still had guests who sat on tables, waited for their food and allowed them to stay, and they gave no notice or notified the guests of the connected hotel, which felt very strange. a few days later I returned to the din. the service was very slow and the server did not remember the items we had for beverage refills, new dishes to replace dirty that were brought out, etc. the server was quite attentive to the table next to us, so I assumed they were overwhelmed by the few tabs they had. they could not answer the ones we had on one...
