"My husband and I recently went to DaVinci's while on our baby moon. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the service and the delicious food! We could not rate the food and atmosphere any higher, but what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. We were greeted by what I assume, must be the owner, who made very pleasant conversation and greeted us with such friendliness. The true star of the show, however, was Adrian E. our server. I am a former waitress myself, and both my husband and I agree that he was by far the best server we have ever encountered. He was extremely pleasant, kind, friendly, attentive and had excellent suggestions for food and wine. At one point I had dipped my napkin in my water to start to blot a spot of oil I got on my dress and he appeared within a minute with soda water, a fresh napkin and a new water glass for me all during the dinner rush. And don't get me started on the home made pasta! I had the linguine and clams and my husband had the fish special and we were blown away. The food was excellent. Truly authentic Italian. Any time we are back in Marco Island, I know this will be our first stop. Thank you DaVinci's!"

"We went here for my mom’s birthday and had such an amazing experience! We came for the happy hour at the bar first, great cocktails! And the hostess was so nice to point out an open table for us. Then we made reservations for dinner and had a bottle of Chardonnay, a Brie and apple chutney appetizer, a salad with watermelon, feta, pomegranate seeds, onions, avocados, and more! So delicious! And then filet for dinner! We were so stuffed but it was all so great! The ambiance, the service, the food! The staff even came out with a chocolate dessert and sang happy birthday to my mom. 10/10 would recommend! "This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."

"When we arrived they put the 6 of us in a room by ourselves at a nice round table...very nice. A man came over with an apron on and started filling our water. I said Are You Our Server he replied I have an apron on, why do people always ask me if I am their server . Well, where I come from, and in GREAT restaurants THE SERVER, will introduce themselves right away. Most of the BETTER restaurants have people that fill water and bring bread etc. (Ruths Chris, Capital Grill, Eddie V 's). I then asked him his name...he said my name in SING...he then asked us if we wanted some cocktails and if the ladies wanted to get drunk.....yes that what he said...I would not lie. He was about as far from professional as you can get. We ordered our food...Bread was brought to the table...it was terrible...I asked SING if people like this bread and he said not really but the chef does.....wow what a response! We ordered food, 1 ordered Pork Chops and said they were very good, 4 of us ordered filets...1 6oz and 3 8oz... They were all very marginal in taste...truly marginal...I have had better at Texas Roadhouse thats how marginal. 1 of us ordered scallops...not good.. We ordered 2 creamed spinach sides.....NOT A DROP OF CREAM......dried up as can be...The garlic mashed were very garlic filled, the augratin were good...My buddy ordered a house cab, Sing said dont get it I have one from Caymus family thats just a little more....House is $14...his was $20...I do not call $6 a little more. Quite honestly, maybe because it 's off season and the regular staff/chef wasn 't here, but I just dont know why ANYONE would rate this place more than a 4 out of 10..... If you read my reviews, I call them as I see them....If you are great, I review you great, If you are lousy....well then you get what you deserve."

"Sami’s was the first dinner place at which we chose to eat on Marco during our vacation. What a great decision! Although we had a single person take our order, the staff worked together; we probably had five different people overseeing our table. All our pastas were delicious and we each got a box because the portions were large. My grandson wanted a pepperoni pizza and we ordered a small. It came out and was HUGE. He wanted to take it all home; he ate too many garlic knots. And definitely order the garlic knots. The owner checked on us at the end of our meal. Reasonable prices, especially for Marco. The interior could use an update but we didn’t want to pay for ambience, we wanted good food. And we got it. Highly recommend."
