Saltgrass Steak House

The food was yummy and the service was great. Steven was our server and he made sure everything is on our standard. Highly recommend it.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic and the service is even better. Every time we dine here, it's always a wonderful experience!

Our server, Chris, provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed to find that the Kemah location was not offering their full menu, as my favorite dish was not available. Despite this setback, we still had an enjoyable dining experience. The margarita was delicious and fruity, while the fried shrimp and chopped steak were both tasty. Overall, we had a pleasant meal.

we went to saltgrass on May 15th, 2022. I reserved online for 11 people to celebrate my nephew graduation. we almost sat right away. the menu has less time than before. our waiter was very unfriendly and unprofessional. the way he put the teller on the table was how he was thrown on us! unfortunately this is the reason that my rating of 5 stars is processed to 2. eating was very tasty as usual, but the suppe was quite cold. I didn't get the chance to make pictures this time.

Ok so love salt grass I'm a member of Landry's which has awesome rewards, on a note to this restaurant, the service is great as in most salt grass restaurants. The ambience is always great we were sitting overlooking the waves. My son tried his first piece of T-bone and loved it. Only reason I gave it a four is the location needs some TLC on their carpets, there is even a weird smell there that is not pleasant. We had Issac as our server and he was amazing. The restaurant was busy and seemed short-staffed, but Issac had a positive attitude and worked hard. Despite having multiple tables, he managed to keep everyone happy and calm. I tip based on service and attitude, not percentage, and had no problem leaving him a generous tip. I will definitely request to be seated in his section when I return. I have never experienced service like his before. Even in less busy restaurants, I have encountered slow service, but Issac's hustle was impressive. The food was also delicious.

I would like to begin this review with the recognition of our phenomenal servers christopher, who has made it a point to go beyond and beyond for the birthday dinner of my man and our 2 years jubilee dinner. last night was one of the best nights we had in a long time only we had without children. the service was excellent, eating came fast and was absolutely delicious. it was our jubilee, so we all went out to order extra (we didn't want to eat everything and have left remnants) and not even our server has felt that we demanded too much. he chatted with us, made sure that we were comfortable, led us to new options on the drink and regular menu, made some good recommendations, overall was a r...

I. Feel. Terrible. Because I'm just now (04/07/24 able to post! But the service (03/23/24 was on POINT! It was a wedding rehearsal soirée... and we'd had 20 peeps. We'd made the reservation and all... and as we hit the bar they were busy at it with arranging our tables... We hit the bar (like most alcoholics in training do! to warm up the mood. When we were sat at table... the service was spectacular! It. Was. Spectacular. Drinks were mixed well. Appetizers were served quickly. Everyone felt like the attention was on POINT!
