"I'm torn b/c I order here often and while the food tastes great, there is always an issue. A few weeks ago they were out of one entree and didn't refund me. They also forgot sauces in that order. Then lately portion sizes have been, interesting. Chicken with bone comes with MUCH less chicken than chicken without bone. My beans were literally soup. I counted 10 beans in the whole container of liquid. And my shrimp empanada what a joke. The breading was good but was one piece of shrimp that was chopped into 4 pieces. It was almost all veggies. And last order I called b/c the order was late and they didnt even know I had placed the order until I called. (The person who answered the phone didn't know about door dash and I heard someone in the background telling them they have to check those orders too) Could be great if they got it together."

The chicken was overcooked and inedible, and the plantains were cold in the middle as if they had been microwaved. It was disgusting. I will not be ordering from them again, and I’m deleting this app.
