Santini's New York Style Deli

I needed to place a small catering order and Kenny at Santini's in Reston went out of his way to accommodate. The food arrived hot, on time, and was delicious. I really appreciate him going the extra mile!

I’m giving Santini's New York Style Deli 1 star because they have a kiosk that asks for tips on pickup orders. To make things worse, I got a dirty look for not tipping the person who simply handed me my food. The menu may be tempting, but this experience left a bad impression.

Hard call. Santini's food is great, delicious. However, as a vegetarian trending vegan, there are almost no options available. They do have a salad, but no protein available. Would be great if Santini's would have plant based protein for their deliciouslooking pizza and other dishes. Would really change the face of who could eat here.

I enjoy the pizza and think it’s generally priced fairly and good quality. However, last time I was in, I placed my usual order of half Bianco and half supreme and was charged a $5 “special toppings” surcharge. The negative reviews are mostly white noise. I came in after 8 PM one evening and placed a dine in order for a New Yorker sandwich with sauerkraut and curly fries. The sandwich was nice and warm, essentially a Reuben, with adequate meat portions. Iwish there'd been more cheese, but it was fine. I asked if the curly fries were crispy, and the young gal who took my ordersaid she'd put in a note. They arrived very hot and crispy, and in a generous portion. It's not a health food joint. Friendlyand fast service, good food, and ample seating inside. Cheers

Santini's is across the parking lot from NTB on Baron Cameron. We chose this place to stay cool while we waited for new tires on our trailer.. We ordered the fountain drinks, which we enjoyed with chicken strips, children's hamburger, and the Santini Calzone. The Calzone was by far the best item we tried, and the cheese was cheesin', certainly! There was tons of seating inside and outside. The outdoor patio was perfect for keeping my service dog with us while preventing her from overheating out in the car. Don 't know if the stuff is overworked or if they are being underpaid or maybe the owners or manager running the restaurant just doesn 't talk to his employees about the importance of good customer service. Anyway, first time at this location, lady taking myorder had a very bad attitude, I would ask about some of the menu options and she literally said to me just read the menu andthen went on to the cashier and I didn 't know I wasn 't supposed to get a number so I said I didn 't get one and he replied with avery arrogant tone and said that I was supposed to just repeat the whole order to him!!
