The wait times can be quite long, and the hours posted online are inaccurate.

$8 for a couple pieces of bacon and one slice of beef lol. I’ve had bacon smokecheesy’s from other locations and they are no where near this Stingy with the ingredients. Don’t waste your money.

This location was a little disorganized. Several times they were walking around trying to match finished orders with people. In my case I received half my order and eventually had to ask for the other half. They were so happy I asked as they had an extra sandwich they forgot who it belonged to. I'm not mad, but these guys need some training. Good sandwich, bad management.

I visited the Schlotzsky's in Stephenville on January 11th for lunch. I ordered the #3, which is a turkey and avocado meal. The freshly baked bun was surprisingly crunchy, but it might have had some issues. I was also curious if the green substance on the turkey was actually avocado or something else. Fortunately, there was a McDonald's just around the corner on Washington. This is the first Schlotzsky's franchise I've come across in Texas that I wouldn't consider visiting again. I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs and a French onion sandwich as well. I realized when I got home that they forgot the lettuce on my turkey bacon clubs… which is obviously a key part of the sandwich. I called to let them know hoping that they’d offer a solution like having me come back and giving me a cup of lettuce, I didn’t even want them to remake the sandwich I just wanted some type of solution. Instead I was told “well there’s nothing I can do from here”… idk when that became the response you should give to customers, typically in a customer service environment you give some sort of solution to the issue.

About two weeks ago, I decided to revisit this restaurant after having previously avoided it due to a lackluster experience. I'm glad I gave it another chance! The young woman training to be the new manager warmly greeted me at the door and even held it open for me. Throughout my meal, she checked on me several times, just like a dedicated server would. When she saw that I was having some trouble with my left arm, she kindly offered to carry my takeout to my car for me. The food was fresh and delicious as well. I must say, this place has really turned things around! I'll definitely be returning—great customer service!

I received a coupon in the mail a few days ago, I went to use it and was told I could not use it until June 2nd no where on this coupon does it say that. The coupon has an expiration date but not a start date. The so called manager was sitting at a table in the dinning room and I showed her that the coupon does not have a valid start date. Her response was oh I don 't make the coupons and some times they mess up on them. I then asked her name since she is the manager and she handled the situation VERY poor. She refused to tell me her name and was as rude as can be. So if I own this company especially as the flyer said under new ownership I would like to know your MANAGER is not fit for her j...
