"We've been dining at this location for approximately 10 years and have consistently received good service. The staff are usually attentive and prompt, and our orders typically come out correct without any problems. It seems they've recently changed the type of bread (which is one of the main reasons we visit), and now it’s a white, crusty variety. The soups are excellent—definitely better than what you'll find at most other sandwich chains. However, it does get extremely hot inside, and I feel for the staff working in that heat."

The sandwiches were excellent. However, they were a bit understaffed, and the young woman taking orders seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what to do.

Their website states that the store opens at 9:30. I placed my order, received confirmation to pick it up, but when I arrived, the store was closed and didn’t actually open until 10:30. Not a good impression!

We ordered two medium sandwiches to take out. The original sandwich had only one black olive and no cheese, while the turkey guacamole contained just a teaspoon of guacamole and one tomato.
