Whenever I find myself in Paris for any random reason, I always make sure to stop by this place! The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Five stars across the board!

As someone from North Carolina who enjoys making homemade BBQ in a smoker, I tend to be quite selective about BBQ. However, I can genuinely say that their food is excellent. I had the pulled pork along with the Mexican corn and potato casserole, and it was absolutely delicious!

The food at this restaurant is exceptional. I sampled the brisket, and it was absolutely delicious. I had dinner there, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I rated the food quality a 4 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both got a 3. I wholeheartedly recommend trying the ½ of 2 Meat Tray!

Went for dinner and got the 3 Meat Dinner with brisket, ribs, and sausage and a side of Mexicorn and Baked Beans. This was hands-down the best Texas BBQ I've ever had! Everything was tender and flavorful. On top of great food, the service was top-notch and the complimentary ice cream was a nice touch as well! Vegetarian options: This place is NOT for vegetarians. I might consider dining here again, but I won't reorder anything I had this time. I tried the Rib Platter and was quite let down. Given the price, I anticipated better quality and quantity. The ribs were tougher than I'd like and lacked a distinct flavor apart from the sauce. The corn was served in a warm, creamy sauce that was enjoyable, but the corn itself had a bland taste and an odd, undercooked texture. The macaroni didn’t deliver the bold flavor I was hoping for; while it wasn't bad, it reminded me of microwave meals. Both side portions were very small—more suitable for a child.
