I had surf and turf, kummelweck and haddock, house German potatoes and pickled beets. Michele also recommended the liver dumpling soup de jour, which I enjoyed after dinner. The team worked together efficiently and effectively- I’ll certainly make the trek from Clarence again, soon."

Best spot to go for roast beef. The gravy is amazing. Even the bowl of chili I had for an appetizer was outstanding, best restaurant chili I've ever had.

I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. My sandwich arrived cold and the meat was tough. The roll was soggy and falling apart. The French fries seemed like they were straight from the freezer.

We tried the Bark on Wake and it was incredible. The German potato salad was warm and delicious, especially when paired with the Schwein. We stumbled upon this place by the canal and decided to give it a try, and we're so glad we did. It has a lot of history with the Sabl family. Definitely worth a visit!

The staff at this restaurant is very unfriendly. On top of that, they even charge for tap water! In hot weather, when most people just want to have water with their meal, they are forced to purchase another drink. The menu is overpriced and the food quality is average at best. You're better off grabbing a sandwich somewhere else.
