"We had drinks at the bar the bartender was courteous even though very busy. When we sat down the service was great, the server was attentive and very familiar with the menu. My husband had his favorite, Pork Osso Bucco, he said it was wonderful, not dry,moist inside and was cooked with oyster mushrooms which were wonderful. I had fresh Ahi Tuna with a side of wok cooked vegetables. It was out of this world. The Tuna was rare the way I wanted it and the veggies were very flavorful. We also shared the Spanish Cesar Salad which was terrific. For desert, we tried to share the El Rey Brulee, rich chocolate with a piece of hardened melted sugar on the side. We couldn't finish it. Don't miss this gem in Sarasota."

One of the best experiences i had in years, im a chef working in miami for 4 years now and before that was working in stockholm for 10 years, and im proud to say that im Peruvian, and this restaurant had all its game on place!

Absolutely wonderful meal! Spanish Ceasar Salad, Tuna Ceviche with watermelon, Macadamia crusted Scallops and my husband had the New York Strip with Truffle Parmesan Fries! Wonderful wait staff and 1/2 price bottled wine!! Too full to try dessert but definitely on the next visit!!

Whether it's a casual evening or a special occasion, this is the place to be on Main Street. Aldo the manager has always ensured that everything was great and was sure we were happy. Great atmosphere, cozy little bar. Food is amazing. A local who knows all the best restaurants and would bring Selva Grill to the top 5. Everything was great, Spanish Caesar salad, rolls, butter, salads and dessert, not to mention the reasonable price of champagne recommended by the waiter who was very attentive. Wow!!!! Just wow!!! My friend and I ate here last night and we were impressed from the start. Our server Blake was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. When I mentioned, we were not in a hurry and planned to share everything; I have absolutely no attitude from him. We usually do. Lol. My favorite from the four courses we had was the lump-cab app served with Avo and a mango salsa. Amazing!!!! The paella should die. My friend had a food orgasm from the choc brûlée. While absolutely tasty we wish the tomato salad was a little bigger. Overall everything was just great!!! I have a new Fave now. Sorry Orphelia
