"There was quite some time that passed from when we were seated. No drinks orders, no complimentary rolls. We watched as servers worked other tables and talked with the front desk host for extended periods of time.As we were finally seen for drinks, we watched a large 8-top table come in. They had their drink orders immediately taken.As I am sure the server saw us watching. She finally came over and got our drink orders.When we watched her come back around, she served the 8-top the complimentary rolls and drinks.As our drinks arrived, I asked about the rolls and if we were able to have them.Drink orders came, and they were mediocre.Appetizer and meals arrived. We asked the server, dropping off the meal, if we were getting rolls with the meal.Our server overhead this and advised rolls were set aside for the 8-top table, and they have more being made for us.Firecracker shrimp came with hardly any sauce/flavor.Drink glasses remained empty for extended periods of time. During the time, we watched the female servers speak with the front desk and male server for over 10 minutes. Clearly, there is no team effort in assisting other servers.The dessert was ordered. Creme Brulee came out with the top charred. The person preparing it tried to cover it up with canned whipped cream. It had a charred burnt taste to it and was completely inedible.As my folks had great things to say about the restaurant on the drive up, they were not amused by the end.The manager did try to say a few things to see about making things right, but seemed he didn't have his heart into it, and I felt as if we were brushed off."

"We're visiting from out of town, and we absolutely love the pizza here! Every time we come to see my mother, we have to get a calzone. The Piesano rolls are also AMAZING! We can't get enough of them! We've tried several dishes, and everything has been delicious! However, I have to say that their salads are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I usually order the Greek salad and add ham, which costs an extra $6. It was literally the smallest salad I’ve ever seen, even without the meat. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but when I ordered it again, I received the same small salad and charged the same. Tonight, we ordered a salad that already included meat, hoping for something different, and it looked like the salad in the picture. This salad costs $10 on Uber. While I love the pizza from LIEBE, some of their other menu items really don't measure up."

"The service was excellent, and the food was good. However, you really need to keep an eye on the billing. They initially gave me a bill for the wrong table, and I ended up tipping twice. The first bill was $60, which I would have gladly paid and left. But believing in karma, I got the waitress's attention and mentioned that I didn't think the bill was correct. It turned out they had given me the wrong table’s bill, so I ended up paying a different bill, which meant I had to leave another tip. What started as a $60 bill ended up being over $200. So, be cautious with your billing. I was satisfied overall and didn’t mind paying the extra, but I could have left with just the $60. I'm glad I believe in karma!"

"I found this Dunkin' because both my mother and her husband are in two different hospitals nearby, and this location is conveniently situated in the middle. The staff here are incredibly friendly, even though they're always busy. I’ve been greeted with smiles and cheerful hellos every time I visit, which has been quite uplifting! I've been traveling almost every day for about two weeks, and my experiences have been consistently great. Kelly and Lori always have a smile on their faces and make you feel welcome, no matter what kind of day you’re having. I absolutely love this Dunkin’!"

"Ordered a cheese steak and an Italian. Bread wasn't toasted on either, cheese not melted on cheese steak, and very little sauce on cheese steak. Our normal store in Jax does a way better job in making the subs but the girls were all extremely nice and helpful. They just need more training on how to make a"
