On Saturday, October 29th, my family ordered 200 chicken thighs and legs for a church event. However, we received a large number of chicken backs instead of the thighs we requested. This is unacceptable, especially considering we paid $300. I urge you to verify your bulk orders before they leave the store. We also called the store, but they did not offer any compensation.

I believe it would be helpful for customers to be asked about their preferences regarding the spices sprinkled on the cooked dishes when placing their order. While I wasn't a fan of the seasoned mix on the fries or chicken, it complemented the fish and shrimp nicely. Based on my experience, I’m confident that the staff would have been willing to replace any items if I’d requested it. Overall, I look forward to visiting again.

I have been a faithful customer of Shark's Fish Chicken via Door Dash for about 3 years. The Fried Catfish that I order from Shark's has always been piping hot, lightly breaded, fresh, juicy, and delicious. Then last Wednesday, I tried a sit-down meal at Shark's District Heights location; and I ordered Fried Catfish. My experience was terrible there! The catfish slices were thin, overly breaded, and way overcooked to the point that the breading was hard and the catfish was dry!
