"So I went looking for sweet potato pie, and this place popped up. As I'm here with multiple co-worker from different races, they were gamed to try this place. They were not disappointed at all. Allow me to say this. My co-worker ate food chicken and meatloaf, and I forget what my other worker had, lol, but I got my sweet potato pie slice. We hail from Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, so that's why I'm raving about my pie ppl lol."

Ordered the oxtail dinner plate which comes with 3 sides. I chose the collared greens, black eyed peas and mashed potatoes. The oxtails were flavorful and tender, delicious. ?

The Curry chicken was outstanding, spoke with manager, he was kind and accommodating, the staff was courteous as well. The atmosphere could use an update, but it's worth the drive!

Shut em down shut me down. The rice, ox tails, smothered pork chops, cornbread, greens, lima beans, Mac n cheese and did I say cornbread. Oh yeah. The taste of a true black family reunion. Loved everything.

Fantastic down home soul food. I had chicken, greens baked beans. The baked beans are the best, sweet absolutely delicious. Very nice to see the young staff are so attentive to their customers. Great little jewel in this area.

It’s hit or miss. Usually when I order the fish, it’s seasoned well, and fresh. The last two times I’ve ordered, you could tell the grease was bad. It left a burnt after taste. I had the fried pork chop, mac, yams greens… sweet potato pie for dessert. Everything was DELICIOUS! Even the cornbread. I just wish I got the dinner instead of lunch so I could have another pork chop lol. The service was very friendly and accommodating too. I’ll definitely be back soon highly recommend!

Went here 5 years ago food was amazing and I just went back today still amazing. The fried chicken was heaven. The cornbread still delicious from 5 years ago. The macaroni needs to be more moist it was dry but overall my meal was delicious. I ordered on Uber Eats and my meal was fresh. I was very pleased I will be ordering again soon.
