This restaurant consistently has incorrect hours posted, and even when they do, they don’t answer the phone. I will not be ordering from them again!

The staff at Sioux Trading is friendly, and it’s a family-owned and operated local business. Many other types of establishments have occupied this location over the years, but Sioux Trading goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. While you wait for your sandwich, you can browse local crafts or seasonal treats and pies. They actively participate in community events and always greet you with a smile.

I decided to give this place a try after hearing positive reviews about their sandwiches. I ordered an Italian sub, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. It tasted more like a ham sub, as it didn’t have any peppered ham or capicola. Also, the onions were diced instead of sliced, which was unexpected. Overall, it seemed like the sandwich was put together without much care. I won't be coming back for subs in the future. Given my background in the sub shop industry, I suggest that they do some research on the correct ingredients for specific types of subs before they prepare and promote them.

The sandwich was loaded with finely chopped meat, topped with just the right amount of beautifully melted cheese, and enhanced by a touch of pizza sauce that added great flavor.
