"He ordered a small pizza while I opted for the antipasto salad. The menu offered an incredible variety, and everything looked amazing, but we were short on time. I noticed tamarind juice on the menu, something I had never seen at a restaurant before (my mom always made it for me as a kid), so I decided to order it. Unfortunately, the waitress informed me that they hadn’t prepared it yet, but she had passion fruit juice available instead, which I accepted. When our food arrived, it was delicious. To my surprise, our wonderful waitress, Nicole, came back with a glass of fresh tamarind juice! She had rushed to make it for me. Nicole is such an amazing server! Having been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, I know how rare it is to find such excellent service these days. If you’re ever in South Norwalk and craving great food with phenomenal service, I highly recommend Slice of Italy. And if you’re lucky, Nicole might be there to take care of you!"

The pizza crust is absolutely amazing. I would actually come back just for the crust alone. It was crispy, light, and just perfect. The garlic knots were a bit dry but packed with flavor.

Friendly service. Italian-American shares the menu with some Venezuelan items including excellent, relatively inexpensive arepas. Been there several times now; consistently decent food and value

I’ve eaten here quite a bit since it first opened up. Not once have they let me down on time, service, or quality of food. I usually get a sandwich or if its late a few slices of pizza and it always hits the spot. There tres leches is also to die for!!! Great spot to eat 10/10 would recommend!!

This is my favorite restaurant in Norwalk! It offers an incredible blend of Venezuelan and Italian cuisine, ensuring there's something for everyone and for any occasion. The food is always delicious—no matter what I order, I'm consistently pleased with my meal! Their entrees and appetizers are fantastic, and the platters are equally delightful. The staff is outstanding—efficient, friendly, and polite. I highly recommend the Blazin’ Buffalo Pizza and the Heart Attack Burger! Plus, if you're looking for a spot to grab a quick bite after a late night in Sono, this is definitely the place to go!
