"Avoid dining at Dairy Queen Grill Chill. I placed an online order to pick up my food conveniently while I was working. Upon arrival, I discovered that I was charged twice for my order. Despite informing the manager, they claimed they never received my order and refused to issue a refund for the duplicated charge. Disappointed, I left without my order. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse both transactions and assured me that the funds would be returned by Monday. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and unreasonable. They accused me of lying about placing the order and even insisted that I had chosen the wrong location, despite showing proof of my online order. Additionally, they called their husband to complain about me and wanted to take a photo of my bank account to prove their innocence."

"The ladies room in this Denny's is really small and might not be easy for handicaped customers to get around. Otherwise this is a great Denny's I've eaten here a few times. The wait staff is great food is 9/10. My Pug got my eggs last time because my over medium eggs were over easy. Otherwise no complaints and it was great. I didn't complain about the underdone eggs. They came with a meal and I didn't really need them anyway. Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options. You will probably have to special order a meal. Fruit and salad options maybe a custom order skillet could be made. Kid-friendliness: Denny's is always kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: The ladies room is pretty tiny, I think I saw a separate handicap restroom. I saw lowered curbs."

"Always a favorite with our family. Either breakfast lunch or dinner it is always the first or second restaurant when asked where they would like to eat. Especially for road trips. Grab a 30-piece nuggets box and have snacks for the 8-hour drive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"We were repeat visitors as we returned from FL. We again were greeted with a huge smile and sat in the bar area. Shante told us she would be out server. We ordered a beer an water and said we knew we wanted the Caesar Salad. She got that and then I ordered Smothered Chicken...yum. It came with okra that was outstanding. This is real Southern freshly cooked meals. We got hugs from our now friend Alexay our wait person from 10 days ago. Hubby had the loaded burger and sweet potato fries and of course the warm Pecan pie a la mode. We were also surprised the manager came over to thank us for the review we did on Trip Advisor. I was told by TA I couldn't do another review so I came here. This is a friendly place and they really want you to enjoy the food and service. Since it is on the way from our home to our family in FL this will be a stop for us all year."

"We were on the road, stopped in Cordell just off of I-75. We wanted to treat ourselves to some good local food. This restaurant popped up as the highest rated on Yelp so we decided to go. Mistake. This place was not good. We ordered the bourbon glazed steak and shrimp entree with a side of fries and house salad with our choice of salad dressing on the side. The salad was a bowl of lettuce covered in a mound of tiny croutons...nothing else. They didn 't have our salad dressing of choice and brought out something else. I asked for ranch instead. It never came. The steak medallions medium rare turned out to be well done scraps of beef. The shrimp were tasteless. There were no signs of the advertised bourbon glaze. The fries were pretty good though . Fresh made, not frozen. The wait staff was inattentive."
