I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:39, but when I arrived, the place was empty! I've lost my money and can't get a refund!

We received the wrong size smoothies, and the staff member had a difficult attitude from the beginning. Communication was minimal, and although the wait time was long, it would have been more acceptable without the bad attitude. She walked away without offering a receipt. Additionally, the bathrooms were very unclean.

I live close by and have been to this store many times over the years. It has recently been renovated and is always clean and well-organized. The staff works hard to prepare your smoothie quickly, allowing you to be on your way in no time. The smoothies are consistently delicious and have a wonderful flavor. The staff at this location is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Since it was my first time at Smoothie King, the employee took the time to explain the best options for me to try. I received my smoothie quickly. However, the menu names and descriptions can be a bit confusing, making it difficult to determine the best things to try or what to choose as you continue on your health journey.

I just want to start that none of this is the fault of the poor child. I waited for about 20 minutes to make an order. Then waited 20 minutes for my order. It's 1:30 on Sunday and there's only one person who takes orders, makes smoothies and does everything literally. I felt so terrible because people came and some people even went out of frustration. You shouldn't have to wait for a smoothie for almost an hour.

I absolutely love Smoothie King! I grab a smoothie here almost every day for lunch. They offer a wide variety of options suitable for nearly any lifestyle or diet, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in their smoothies. The staff always greet me with a smile and are incredibly helpful. There's a reason I keep coming back day after day, and I plan to keep doing so. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I am a huge fan of Smoothie King! I stop by almost every day during lunch to pick up a smoothie. Their menu is extensive and accommodates nearly every lifestyle and dietary preference. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients in their smoothies. The staff always welcomes me with a smile and is very helpful. There’s a clear reason why I keep returning day after day, and I intend to keep it up. I highly recommend this spot to anyone!

I want to clarify that this isn't the fault of the staff member. I waited about 20 minutes just to place my order, and then another 20 minutes to receive it. It was 1:30 PM on a Sunday, and there was only one person handling orders, making smoothies, and doing everything else. I felt really sorry for the employee because more and more customers arrived, and some even left in frustration. No one should have to wait nearly an hour for a smoothie.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie. I wasn't feeling my best and was in search of a meal replacement for my lunch hour. Stephanie was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for each menu item and demonstrating expert knowledge of all the options SK had to offer. By the next day, I felt significantly better thanks to the vitamins and probiotics she recommended.
