This place came highly recommended by friends. Good food and service but very expensive for what it is.

Delicious food and the best service! I think I could live on the chips and salsa alone. I haven't found a bad item on the menu and very generous portions!

Got the Solve Agave para Dos. We had never been and it's like a sampler plate. I'd definitely recommend their garlic shrip, cheese fondue and NY strip. However my husband would recommend the carnitas. Visualizza piatti

This is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in Utah! I tried the avocado tacos, and they were amazing. My wife had the Chile verde and really enjoyed her dish as well. We'll definitely be returning!

The place was clean and inviting, the service was slow, but decent. The food was good enough for us to come back several times. Though, it did sit heavy at times. All in all, a decent place, I gave it four stars as it is a little pricey for what it is.

The atmosphere and staff are exceptional. Despite the busyness of the Saturday we visited, the staff remained attentive and responsive. We ordered the Braised Pork and Steak Enchiladas, and both dishes were delicious. I will definitely recommend this place and might even be a bit insistent about it. Sol Agave is, hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. Authentic, elevated, gorgeous plating and top notch hospitality. I can’t wait to go back. We tried the short rib taquitos (incredible), the pork belly appetizer (amazing). The carnitas though- they really are what dreams are made of. And the butter cake at dessert was extraordinary. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Muy muy bueno!

We were informed that there would be an hour-long wait on a Saturday night, but I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes. Once we were seated, the hostess and staff were fantastic, promptly bringing us drinks and chips. I really enjoyed the seasoning on the chips, and they even brought us a second basket since the wait for our food was typical for a busy Saturday night. The food was delicious, though I felt a bit underwhelmed considering the price. I'll likely return to try more of the menu.

Wow, wow, wow!! I absolutely love Mexican food, and this is without a doubt the best “upscale” Mexican food I've ever eaten! An associate of mine brought me here for a lunch meeting yesterday, and I'm 100% going back with my wife.
