Things were pretty good, my biggest complaint was that the appetizers didn’t come out together and my drinks kept coming out with salt and tajin on the rim even though I asked for nothing on the rim. Visualizza piatti

We dined outside, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious as well. However, the only drawback was that we were surrounded by flies, making it difficult to keep them away from our plates.

We came to celebrate a special night out. As always the whole staff was incredible. The managers came in and check in on us. Can’t say enough good things about them! We love Solita and always choose it to celebrate a special occasion!

I visited this restaurant twice during my time in Valencia, and it caters well to both our family's vegans and carnivores. My favorite dish on the menu is the mushroom tacos, which cost $18 for three. The chili tofu tacos are also quite tasty. However, I wouldn't recommend the tofu salad, as it wasn't very filling; I ended up adding it to my partner's meal. They offer delicious salsas, and the staff is very accommodating. The beans at this restaurant are not vegan, which forced me to adjust my meal. It's crucial that the servers are clearly informed about vegan dietary preferences and that they avoid using animal products. For example, when ordering the mushroom tacos, I specified no milk, cheese, or sour cream, but I'm not sure if they were fully aware of my requirements. I also had to be specific again when it came to the salad. This feedback is an update to my previous review from February 12, 2022.

on the taco Tuesday landed and got a high table in the bar area. energy was beautiful, live music plays in the far away (a little loud for an old guy like me). I was quick from our waiter who was very nice. quickly served water with chips and salsa. the waiter took drink order and they immediately arrived and tasted great. ordered our food and it tasted excellent. overall a perfect culinary experience, with the taco Tuesday menu made it more affordable and the quality was not reduced. service was excellent. we will definitely go back.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. Thursday at 630pm, bar was empty, restaurant mostly empty upon our arrival. The company at our table was amazing, I am glad the group I was hosting for dinner is so kind and generous with patience, I did appreciate that. It kept a less than ideal dining experience fun and friendly. It was a birthday celebration, reservations in advance. No acknowledgement. Ran out of water when we were still one of a few tables (before we were offered other drinks). Guacamole was served without chips. Our dinner order was taken after our appetizers were finished.
