Finally! I found a Sonic in the area that doesn't take 30+ minutes for an online order! Will be back!

it is sonik, we all know that eating is plump and is over price, but we go there, guide the sluts close children and are all good with a little vodka. oh, the zettel are good.

Lucyana is a very good worker, she is so kind and makes our time at sonic enjoyable. Our food was brought out very fast by her and she was easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back to sonic on redwood. Visualizza piatti

The soft pretzels are scrumptious ? Not a fan of the cheese sauce at all! Only thing is I've had issues with the screens working and being able to pay without someone taking my card. Sometimes you wanna eat without being bothered ya know.

The waiter who served me was unprofessional and served me leftovers. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I tried calling the restaurant only for the call to be abruptly cut off. It's disappointing to see a well-known brand like Sonic not putting in the effort to provide good quality food. I would not recommend dining here. Visualizza piatti

What a disappointment. We sat in the car waiting for service for 10 minutes. They never took our order so we had to drive up to the drive thru. Once there the gal repeated the order and we said no that's not what we ordered but she argued and we got frustrated so we just paid so we could leave. Got the order and the shake was only half full!! We will never go back.

I would give this restaurant negative stars if I could. My friend and I entered the establishment and attempted to place our lunch order. However, there was a loud diesel truck nearby that made it impossible for the staff to hear us. Rather than being patient, the young man serving us became extremely rude and yelled at us because he couldn't hear our order over the noise. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. We left without eating. When I called to speak to a manager about the situation, they simply hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I waited for over 25 minutes just to receive 2 drinks at this restaurant. When I finally had enough, I went to the counter to inquire about my order. The employee took their time coming over to ask for my name, while most of the staff in the kitchen seemed to be joking around and not taking their work seriously. Despite the long wait and lack of efficiency, my drinks were eventually brought out in less than 2 minutes. Overall, the staff seemed more focused on having a good time rather than attending to the needs of customers who were waiting patiently.
