Sonic Drive-in - Piatti

This is hands down the best Sonic I have ever visited for food. The hamburger I had was the best I've ever tasted from any fast food chain. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area again.

Good food whenever you finally get it. I’ve been sitting behind two cars for 10 minutes now and I’m not even sure if they’ve got their drinks yet. And they always have to repeat you order because they can’t comprehend English apparently

Small casual spot for a casual gathering. I wouldn't recommend ordering food though, as it never seems to arrive. They will take your order, take your money, and then just sit around. I saw four cars drive away while waiting at the pickup window.

Employees are treated horribly, the store is unsanitary and unorganized, roaches have been seen in multiple areas of this restaurant.Harassment by other employees goes unpunished.Overall this restaurant is in serious need of better management, and inspection.

I urge the management to ensure that their employees are well-versed with the menu. It is frustrating to have to explain the menu items to a staff member who should already be familiar with it, especially when they have been working at the restaurant for some time. Visualizza piatti

I recently visited the Sonic in West Columbia, TX (yes, it was a while ago)! I decided to try their new "fried pickles". They were disappointing. The pickles were small and soggy, and the portion was not fully filled. The only reason I gave them a rating of (2) was because I also ordered a large popcorn chicken and fries.

Disappointed in the “eggs” that came in my Bacon Breakfast Toaster. The rest of it was fine. But the eggs were pathetic. Not very warm, super thin, and dry. I eat low carb so the majority of my meal was going to be the eggs so big disappointment. Right before I took my last bite (which I did not take) I find a hair in my cheese! All the Sonics in this area except the one in Lake Jackson Texas has many serious problems. To list them all would make this review too long so I won't. Just beware of the Sonics in West Columbia, Brazoria and Sweeny. Confirm, reconfirm, check then double check your orders. And be prepared to hear the items you want are unavailable, even though the Lake Jackson Sonic always has them. It's very frustrating dealing with these 3 Sonics. Visualizza piatti
