"Called to get a transaction receipt for the 24th fraud on my STOLEN card. The manager lady I spoke to was very rude. She said they restarted the registers and when they turned back on, they charged cards that they had multiple calls that day and that the charge wouldn’t go through. (The charge went through. When I tried to explain to her that that was not the case my card was stolen I’ve spoken to the bank and made a report, she continued to be rude and raise her voice. All I wanted was a copy of the receipt for the transaction that was made. Such great customer service! Happy holidays!"

According to the menu description, a Blast is supposed to have the candy pieces blended in the ice cream sprinkled on top. The last several I have purchased have only had the sprinkled on top part. I guess this sonic is pretty average like most sonics. I don't eat much fast food, but I do get slushes. Once a year the local high school does a fund raiser whereby some percentage of sales on given day benefits the school. That is a good chance to support both local entities. They forgot to serve one of our drinks and when we tried to talk to one of the staff via drive through, the lady was like “ok do yall still want it?” The drink was already paid for, I dont understand why she would still ask a silly question. Was there for 35 mins . Make sure to double check your orders before leaving . Service: Takeaway Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked in and placed an order, then waited for 15 minutes. When our order didn’t appear on the screen to pay with a card, I pressed the button for assistance. The server answered, but when we mentioned that our order hadn’t shown up, he just said "uhhh," hung up, and never called back with an update. Our order never arrived, and after waiting a while, we decided to leave. Overall, the service was very disappointing: 1 out of 5.
