Cute cafe for gelato or a drink (beer and wine only).Would love if they'd add a few salty snacks to round out their offerings, like olives, almonds, or potato chips.

The ice cream, gelato and sorbet are incredible, but it’s the ambiance that will bring you back to Sonny’s. Cardamom and black pepper or just the tastiest mint chip — from fave standbys to cool concoctions, I’m always glad to try something new here.

The gelato was delicious, and the drinks and desserts feature some really creative concepts. The ambiance is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I absolutely love the 'secret garden' section. The entire place has a wonderful European vibe.

This is easily one of the most remarkable places I've ever visited. The legacy is beautiful, the setting is absolutely stunning, and the menu is phenomenal (be sure to try the mocha with chocolate gelato!). To top it off, they are very dog-friendly, and the service was outstanding—the woman who served us was a joy to speak with. We went on the last day of the season, October 22, and I'm so glad we did! The best ice cream in the Twin Cities been coming here for 13 years. Each batch is made from scratch with high quality ingredients. The flavors are unique (ex: saffron rosewater pistachio gelato) and rotate on a regular basis. Note that they don’t have common commercial flavors (ex: plain vanilla, plain chocolate etc).On top of that they have a beautiful patio, that could be featured in a tourism photo of Tuscany. They also have a small but excellent selection of beer wine.

Unfortunately, I inadvertently confused Sonny's with this other Café. I am sincerely embarrassed (and humbled) by my error.
