"Friendly service but sort of slow and absent, cozy patio and fresh food that falls shy on flavor but big on price. Ordered a variety of items: steak tartare, chilled tomato soup, halibut, rack of lamb, crab cakes, flourless cake, gin sour, gin blueberrysparkler, Manhattan, champagne and cosmo. Favorites were the soup, gin sour and cosmo. Halibut was a creative take with asouthern spin that fell short on flavor. The lamb ribs were good but the bourbon sauce didn’t come through they were greasy.The crab cake was a nice flavor but small. The soup was refreshing and not too rich. The flourless cake disappointed. Ordereda glass of champagne and came out in the little bottle with a blue label (not what we expected for All the staff weresuper friendly and we loved the dog friendly patio. We are happy we tried this place but for just shy of 300 we won’treturn."

The food is amazing, the best in Sunriver and equal to anything in Bend. We enjoy dining there as the staff is well trained and we know we will have an amazing meal.

Celebrated two birthdays and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service. Met the owner who was also our server. She is wonderful and did everything to make sure we had a stellar experience. She took her time with us and it was a pleasure talking to her. Thefood was outstanding, halibut for me and the salmon for my friend. We both had drinks, shared an appetizer and dessert. Theprice was reasonable for the quality. We will most certainly be back!

This Bisto is the best restaurant in Sunriver by far. Hostess was welcoming and seated us at a beautiful location out on the patio. Our server and assistants were all top notch. We started with their French Margarita. It was refreshing and delightful. My wife and I shared a shrimp cocktail. It has six very large shrimp and the cocktail sauce was spicy with a good amount of horseradish. Delicious! My wife has tagliatelle with added grilled shrimp. She loved it.
