Good service and very good food. The wait for the food is often long, but there is usually live music.

Great local brewery. Cool vibes and great atmosphere. Their menu choices were also great. Good selection of beer although at the time I was there the ale choices were somewhat limited. Good selection of IPAs and browns.

One place that never changes! We remember when they first opened. Respectful of it’s surroundings, no wild and crazy people here! Just people wanting to chill have a good time. Have tried everything from their smoked wings, shrimp burrito, to the Caesar salad with pork. Always great food and many guest taps that rotate. 10/10 recommend their home brew of Leroy Brown. 4/30/21: returned and first time getting a pizza here, which was a great pairing with the double baked wings and Amber beer! The live music from Merrill's inlet was incredible!

I'm from out of town and looked up the reviews and they were good. They were very positive about the food and beer. Well let me tell you, the beer was excellent and the best part was the Lowcountry Shrimp Burrito. It was simply amazing. Not exaggerating, but it was probably one of the best meals I have ever had at a restaurant. Excellent vibe. I'd give this place 7 stars if I could.

What a pleasant surprise !!! Traveling through Florence, SC. Just off the I 95, we stopped into Southern Hops Brewery. A bit late in the afternoon, just for a beer…. Ended up with 2 AND a pizza !! Darn good one too. Had a nice chew and full of flavor from the thick sliced sausage. Delicious. Pruitt was our afternoon Bartender….. and then Lacy was our evening Bartender. Food was good, had the Philly cheesesteak, not the best I have had, but still good. Chicken sandwiches were tasty and the wife liked the pasta salad. Also ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which was good. A lot of beer selection. I gave them a four star because they have brewery in the name but we’re not brewing at the time we visited(7/2022). I prefer to visit breweries and sample their beer otherwise I would just hit the local pub!! Check them out, plenty of food and beer available.

I finally decided to stop by this place after passing it for months, and I'm so glad I did! I visited on a Friday after work for dinner and drinks. Our server, Danny, provided excellent beer recommendations that were spot on. The beer flight I had was fantastic. The wings were double-cooked or something similar, and they turned out perfectly crisp and delicious. And the pizza? Absolutely amazing—I would come back just for the pizza alone. It had the perfect sauce, crust, and cheese, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. We will definitely be returning!

Congratulations on losing a customer. We were seated for 25 minutes and didn't have a waitress see us once. The booth next to us was seated 10 minutes after us and had the waitress visit them 4 times to get them drinks and insure the appetizers they orderedwere available tonight. After getting glances from both the waitresses in the section and not a word from either we decided togo somewhere else. I'd at least expect the hostess to say something to us when leaving after we were just seated 25 minutesprior. We really enjoy your food but if you won't let us order it I'll go somewhere else.
