"I'm out of town here on business and been fasting all day and needed some steak, so I hope in and it's a cozy place, friendly laid back staff, all good things. I haven't been too many places that offer blacked, and it's been so long, and I highly recommend it. I got the 14oz ribeye with fries shrimp and fried okra and it was so amazing. They got a salad bar if your into that, but OMG that steak was cooked to utter perfection, with melty butter, the blackened stuff and I threw in some extra salt and it was so preem. I'm sad they aren't where I am from"

I don't know what they season their steaks with, but it's some of the best I've ever had. I always stop in when I'm in the area.

Me and my fiance ate here for the first time, and will definitely be coming back! Food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was amazing.

6 medium size bacon wrap seasoned to much and a little cup of dirty rice and a salad for 18 dollars. The only thing I got to say is my wife's coconut shrimp was good. Waitress never came back to refill my drink.

Yall… everything was perfect! Sarah was our server and she was so attentive. I had chicken fried steak and it was large and fresh made. Our friends had stuffed crabs and ettoufee covered catfish. Both enjoyed it.

"Wow what a find! Was looking for a place to take a break while scooting down I 10 and rolled the dice on this spot. Big win. The food is fresh and perfectly cooked. The service is top notch. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. We are putting Tia Juanita’s on our agenda for future trips through here! AND if you like crab stuffed mushrooms these are the best I have ever had. Food: 5"

"First of all the Southern charm was here and on full effect with the staff and I loved every bit of the hospitality shown. I ordered some boudin and some chicken fried chicken and it was... Alot. Lord knows I can pack it away and I still had to finish this off the next day. Quality-wise you will definitely not be disappointed but be prepared for a togo box."

"I loved this place will be a Sunday regular. People were nice. We were picky about a place to sit because the atmosphere was so cool! Situated in the original part of downtown Orange, Tx, in an old dairy, this place celebrates the heritage of their community. An Historic Eatery! My appetite is substantial, so I often order two èntre’s in places like this. Let’s say they serve polite portions. Mel was FULL when we left. I could have ordered a Reuben. Damn! They have Reuben’s Cubano’s if you’re a sandwich eater. I was attracted by the quiche, which was tasty but baked in a pie crust. The portion was slight (I’m a big guy) I prefer crustless. To me, the crust diminished the otherwise rich flavors. My poor Caesar Salad. It was very sad. I Am grateful they had one, but it would have been better served two days ago. The salmon on top— was salty (don’t tell my cardiologist, LoL) but delicious! There were other seasonings on the portion of fish that I couldn’t distinguish. This was the jewel of my meal. Mel had shrimp grits. That was a home run, from the grit cake (like her mother used to make) to the lovely brown gravy with a little ‘bite back’ to it. Oh, and her salad, with glazed walnuts or pecans, creamy vinaigrette more goodies than I can remember was truly a reason to return in and of itself! It’s embarrassing that we haven’t found this place sooner. Why was there not a line out the door ?!"

"We had a huge party with us when we went. Party of 12. I been here only once before. This experience was good. Who I assume is the manager was a really friendly guy. He knew my father in-law and family of that side. The waitress who served us was friendly and handled the large group well. Food was good too. I got the alfredo. Highly recommend it."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the rude and disrespectful staff. I waited at the speaker for about 15 minutes without being asked for my order. Eventually, I decided to drive around, but when I reached the window, no one acknowledged me. One of the employees was busy preparing ice cream orders for customers who had just arrived at the speaker behind me. Both workers displayed a terrible attitude; they made eye contact with me at the window but never bothered to ask if I needed help. After being ignored several times, I decided to just drive away. This location needs to be addressed, and the staff should be reminded that if they can't provide customer service, then fast food is not the right job for them."
