"From the minute we walked in door we loved it. The host and hostess seemed genuinely happy. The ambience was so nice. The food was incredible! I am a picky foodie that does a lot “fresh”cooking at home. The chef is super passionate, it shows in the food Presentation and taste.I love the fact that the entire staff works together. The entire staff created a really nice evening for my husband and I. This was our first visit to the restaurant, but definitely not our last!"

"Out of the 4 people in our party, 2 had good plates, the mussels and cod. 2 of us ordered the quail with slaw and thought that the hot sauce mentioned in the menu would be served on the side and we didn 't intend to use it. The fried quail and slaw were delicious but the entire dish was ruined by the hot sauce being drizzled over everything. A small taste made our lips tingle it was so hot. When we complained to the waiter, he said, Well, it did say hot sauce. Furthermore, he did not remove either item from our bill. He offered another item but by then we were afraid to chance anything else and everyone else had finished their meal! Therefore, I wouldn 't advise eating here unless you closely question what is in the items they will be serving you!"

"As usual, we had another great dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the valley, Northside Kitchen. Food was delicious (short rib gnocchi, summer peach salad, French onion soup), service great (Marilyn at the bar is a gem), and ambience great! We’ve been dinning here for 6-7 years and never had a meal or met a staffer we didn’t love. You will too!"

"Great dinner at Mirabelle! We had eaten there as a family maybe 17 years ago. Not sure why we have not gone back but we did (my wife and I) and we had a wonderful dinner. Service was excellent and I enjoyed the squash ravioli with truffle sauce as a appetizer....the sauce was phenomenal....I soaked it up with more bread. My wife had the Belgium onion soup. Both were excellent. Entrees of Colorado lamb (me) and lobster with a small side of sausage (my wife). She was hesitant about the sausage but it was excellent. The lamb is to die for! Highly recommend a nice pleasant dinner at Mirabelle."

"This restaurant is one of our absolute favorites in the Vail, Beaver Creek area. The food is always amazing, fresh and flavorful. The environment is very warm and inviting with an old school charm. We were privileged enough to meet the owners, chef, Fernando and his wife, Vicki. They are both both very attentive and gracious hosts. We have dinner here once or twice every time we come to Beaver, Creek, since the late 90s and it never disappoints. We will be back and Highly recommend to others!"
