"I've literally been pushed aside i ordered oct 14th they double charged my card now i have to wait another week to supposedly speak to owner not only that had to sit outside 25 minutes with delivery driver and when i called and told them i was upset and now my food cold and someone was supposed to bring me a recipe never showed i was told to call next day so i did and that lady pushed it all aside and said i. Have to get coupons in mail so i can get my food right well then that same night fri oct 15th my wifes birthday because i was double charged ect wasnt able to take her out to dinner very annoyed about it but a friend then said well thats wrong bla bla said hed order a pizza i told him the situation that happened and not to order there and he did anyways and once again messed up the order im just so upset never had issues like this and felt like pushed aside and basically sweeping it under rug i hope the owner calls because i am really upset and never felt like there was horrible customer service but now 2 nites in a row i feel they are doing it on purpose and dont care and its sad and i am so upset they cant give me back the day i wasnt able to take my spousé to dinner because they charged me 60 dollars for a 24 dollar order i wish i didn't have to leave such a upsetting review but 3 times ive called tried to solve the problem and been told dont have time smh"

"First time here. Was there for breakfast and they have a nice menu selection. Ordered the Country Scramble and wife ordered the Eggs Benedict, both were delicious. Service was good and prices were fair. Going to use a visit to Cabela's as our next excuse to eat there."

"Absolutely fantastic food and service! Even when the restaurant is bustling, we always wait for Lisa’s section because of her friendly demeanor and exceptional efficiency. She consistently stays on top of everything. We've been fortunate to have her serve us for over seven years. We actually stopped dining inside for about six or seven months while she was away, and we’re thrilled to have her back. Knowing that your restaurant has its heartbeat restored means we’ll definitely be visiting more often!"

"Prices in the restaurant were twice the price as advertised on the website. My crispy chicken sandwich consisted of two chicken strips on a bun (fries not included) for $13.99. Advertised for $7.99. But did include a piece of paper stuck to the melted cheese!!! The waitress took $1.40 off my bill !!!! Very disappointing experience to say the least. Do better. And the waitress was very condescending."

"My husband and I visited the city of Dundee and inquired about a good place to eat at the hotel. Great Lakes Eatery has been proposed. We sat right away and offered drinks. The food and drink recommendations of the waitress were accepted. We were not disappointed at all. The Great Lakes Burger was amazing and the Lake Ontario Pollock Sandwich was cooked for perfection. The oatmeal Pie ale was an additional bonus. Customer service deserves 5 stars."
