"Hannah and Brianna are both wonderful. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The Padini, lemon meringue pie, and soup were all delicious. I wanted to leave a tip for the ladies, but they kindly declined. I believe having a tip jar would be a great way to show appreciation for their outstanding customer service. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. I do not think you will be disappointed. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I would rate the food a 5."

"We had an incredibly large party 12+ and we received excellent service! The atmosphere was classy but accessible, we saw many families with children. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Every bite was delicious but the Brussels were outstanding! I also strongly recommend the fried green tomatoes and the fried zucchini appetizers. The zucchini was some of the best I have ever tasted. Other 's in my group had complaints about their porkchop dinners including that there weren 't enough apples on the chop and that the mac and cheese lacked cheese flavor. I saw many bowls of mac and cheese left uneaten and as one of my party said, I 've never met a Mac and cheese I didn 't eat until today. So, while my entire experience was 5 star, I think it is worth mentioning that others were not as impressed. I will be back but I will continue to avoid the macaroni. Kid-friendliness: There were children there, and I saw booster seats available."

"I would advise against ordering the grain at this restaurant as they seem to lack knowledge about it. My cornbread was more like a sugary cake with a sticky glaze on top. When I bit into it, it crumbled quickly and turned into a gooey mess. My wife and I were the only patrons in the diner and were not offered a refill, despite there being two waitresses working. I'm not sure what went wrong at Boomerang, but hopefully it was just an off night for them."

"My family and I stopped by this place today after googling placed to eat. My wife read the reviews and despite the recent poor reviews we decided to go and check it out. We really want to support local and eat at the mom and pop type of places. we sat our selves like the sign says and we had been greeted quickly and got our drinks fast. but they are very short staffed and after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to come and take our food order we decided to leave. I know was torn between the 2 or 3 stars but the service that we did get was good. being short staffed is a bummer and makes things very difficult. I was really wanting to try the home made cinnamon rolls I saw but I could not wait 1 hour for food as there was people there before us and they still had no food when we left. if you have time to wait then go for it but I just cant see waiting that long"
