"finally it made stages, and glad I did. this is a special culinary experience that I find enjoyable, but it may not be for everyone. think about omikase, where what they eat is left to the chef. when we read older reviews, it seems that a list of ingredients that are used are presented, but that was not the case for us, we were only asked about allergies. we started with a cocktail in the front living room and then invited to sit at the table and start an epic journey. no menu is presented, and the cooks begin to cook and present them with a beautiful and tasty dish after the other. chef evan and his helper are clearly very talented and make preparation and plating easy, but the aromes, textures and combinations are complex, and it doesn't all coincidentally come together. we have experienced this type of eating a few other paintings on other places, and the feeling that it is really a rare experience and I think the time and cost worth. if they have the opportunity to book, I strongly recommend that they try."

What a cool dining experience. If you are a foodie and are an adventurous eater this is the place for you. There are many small courses to try and all are excellent. eating was excellent as you would expect, but the price for the portion sizes was exaggerated. we knew that the price went into him, but not expected to be starved. friends have asked about our experience, and I was honest that eating was excellent, but the price was absolutely not worth it. I highly recommend both the dinning experience and the attached lounge! The dinning experience is truly like having a private chef for the night since there are only enough seats for 6 guests. It was so much fun trying to guess what chef Hennessey was cooking (and usually be incorrect, but pleasantly surprised).
