I just witnessed the barista serve five cars while I waited inside for seven minutes for a doppio. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

This is the most convenient place to grab coffee while traveling through Ponderay. The service is fast, and the quality is consistently excellent. I'm usually not a fan of Starbucks, but this location has truly impressed me.

I've consistently had a great experience at this location. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food and drinks live up to the usual Starbucks standards. If you need to get some work done, the internet is also very fast.

Very friendly and we?re working hard to get all orders out and to keep customers in the loop of when their order would be out. Seems like they needed extra staff as the wait was longer than expected and not because staff was slacking? they were hoping,all smiles and kind. My dirty chai latte and egg bites were delish! Establishment was roomy and clean.

Although the wait was longer than anticipated and it appeared they could have used some additional help, it was clear that their hard work was not to blame. The restaurant consistently offers a wide variety of creative and enjoyable drinks, and the staff is always friendly, cheerful, and full of enthusiasm! My kids really enjoy the little treats they provide, which are just the right size for rewarding good behavior. Additionally, I’m a big fan of their metal cups. I've been using my pink metal Starbucks cup for ice water for years. It keeps my drink cold without causing too much condensation on the outside.
