I often drive here from Longmeadow because the staff are very friendly and fast as well as not putting things out of stock on order ahead. I super appreciate them for that.

They weren't even busy, they made my 2 drinks wrong, no extra drizzle or anything that I paid extra for, it used to be so good I don't know what happened I'm so disappointed, especially since they weren't busy, I would've understood if they were packed

This is how I got my food today and I was waiting for my two drinks for a half an hour it should not take that long. All they care about is online orders and not the people that walk in and order stuff, and all the workers were doing today was talking toone another. Get better service at Dunkin? Donuts. This used to be my favorite place, with fantastic staff and the best coffee! Unfortunately, since they brought in new employees, the coffee hasn't tasted as good and now it seems off. It's disheartening because I used to really look forward to my visits. On a positive note, perhaps the new hires will help me cut my expenses by $2500 a year!

The store is quite small, and the ordering layout is a bit awkward. The menu board is positioned too far from the line, making it difficult to read. It would benefit from being moved to the right when facing it. However, the staff is fantastic, and the lines move quickly. Additionally, their menu and promotions consistently align with corporate advertising, which is a plus.
