"The customer service was extremely rude! Regan threatened to call the police on me for not leaving the drive-thru while I was checking my order. She had her phone in hand, ready to make the call. We had already been through the drive-thru twice because they said it was against policy to take two orders in one vehicle, and we understood that the inside was closed. When I finally left the drive-thru, my drink, which was supposed to be without ice, had ice in it. I will be including this incident, along with the window being slammed in my face, in my complaint to corporate. There’s no reason for me to go through the drive-thru again to resolve this issue, especially since they threatened to call the cops. If I could give zero stars, I would! My junior high school child definitely learned a lesson from this experience about how not to treat people—it's about treating people, not just customers. Overall, a definite thumbs down!"

I've had quite a range of interactions and experiences at this restaurant. Most of the time, I enjoy my visits, but when things go wrong, they can go really wrong. There are instances when the staff can come off as quite abrasive and rude. I do recommend this place, but just be aware that there’s a 50-50 chance you'll leave satisfied.

CAUTION! I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This restaurant really needs to reassess its operations. The service is incredibly poor. Staff do not wash their hands after taking out the trash before preparing drinks, and if you address this issue, they respond defensively. Additionally, when we finally received our drinks after waiting 30 minutes, they were only filled halfway. Given the steep prices of the drinks, the service should definitely be much better. I would recommend steering clear of this place.
