"I had a fantastic time catching up with friends at this restaurant a few nights ago. The food was excellent, and our waitress was outstanding. However, I do have one concern: there was a drunk regular who was bothering the waitress and the bar staff. He was quite disruptive. When the front-of-house staff asked for assistance from the kitchen, a male employee declined to help. I also overheard that the owner was unwilling to remove him from the premises. It’s disappointing to encounter such behavior while dining out. In situations like this, management and staff should always stand by their colleagues."
