Steak 'n Shake - Piatti

my family loves steak n shake. eating and service is very much time. we like our burgers a little less crispy than they tend to make them, so we ask them to make our burgers, less done and less crispy. As long as they tell them what they want, they will do it so.

good work, the times were pretty slow today. the food was good. they are great if they contain everything they order though. I ordered a chili cheese with a whistle and they left the wobbles. Apart from that, everything was pretty good and the server were pleasant.

I frequent Steak N' Shake in Washington, Missouri, and have been enjoying their food my entire life. Now at 62 years old, I love bringing my three grandchildren who also adore dining there! If you go, be sure to ask for Amiee or Terri—they are the best servers around! Visualizza piatti

no good experience. I wanted to order an order. I got a shaker, philly burger and pommes. he got the shake in 2 minutes, but eating took 20 minutes. the whip cream on the shake was a melted chaos. I came to the house and had old pommes and a phillyburger without wobble and no green paprika. they forgot. the brot was barely grilled so it was only fat everywhere. not happy. I wanted to call him, but no answer.

The burger was quite good, but unfortunately, the fries were pretty terrible. They were excessively soggy and undercooked, with no seasoning at all. The bag had so much moisture in it that it fell apart as soon as I touched it, leaving everything soaked. I thought the steam from the hot food might have caused this, but the fries ended up being cold and limp. Overall, I’m not sure I would order from there again, unless I’m dining in.

On Black Friday, the restaurant was bustling with customers. Despite the crowd, we were seated quickly as soon as a table was cleared, and the waiting staff promptly attended to us for our drink orders. I expected a lengthy wait for our food since the place was so busy, but we received our meals in no time, and they were just as delicious as always. New layout, place your own order on a touchscreen (not a fan, too many people touch it). Everything after that is great! No touch Even serve drinks, then sit down. You call your number and your food is on a tray for easy pickup. Eat in time. Would be nice to have electronic reading board to secure the voice that calls your number. Simple waste disposal and people who circulate the room took our empty tray. I would have missed her fries. Don't go through like food.

I had a wonderful experience at Steak 'n Shake! The service was outstanding, especially considering how busy they were with Christmas shoppers. My grandson was disappointed with his burger, as it came with all the condiments he dislikes, like mustard and onions. He saw the ketchup on the table and thought it would be easy to fix. Fortunately, the server quickly took his burger back and had a new one made. We ended up with one very happy boy! Thank you, Steak 'n Shake!

Honestly not my favorite place. Good place if you really want a burger. Not a fan of the immediately cold shoestring fries, but the chili makes up for it nicely. The $4 menu is one of my largest attractions, and the fact they put out some darn good coupons. The original shakes are good, but I am always disappointed in the specialty ones with the candy in them...I'd rather have a concrete/blizzard if I am getting that.
